Project Summary

           This project was very challenging, but educational. It was difficult at times, but fun at other times. I learned how to use different power tools, like the band saw, power sanders, and a dremel. Designing and figuring out how I envisioned it looking the box was my favorite part, but actually building the box was a little scary. Not knowing how wood really acts, and how to go about using the power tools, I had to learn as I went. If I were to do anything differently, I would do a better job of sanding the individual pieces of my box, before I glued them together. Overall I liked this project because it was something new and different from any other design project I have done.
